- FML Log(s) [Pastebin or Github Gist]
- Description of issue
- Tutorial of how to recreate said issue (optional)
- Name of Modpack (if public)
- List of mods installed onto the server
- List of plugins installed onto the server
- Warmroast report (Optional)
- Version of Thermos & Forge version
